ICICI bank visa credit card doesn't provide or benefit the people or it customers. Indeed it collect huge interest for the money used by their customers which makes the people irritate and avoid using their credit cards. They service and support are not rendered on time and neglect the customer issues or problems and remain unsolved in more number of days which makes the people to stop using this credit card. The staff were very inefficient in discharging their duties and always they are lazy doing their work in time. The rates and charges imposed were very high where a normal man cannot bare it. There are no offers and benefits for this card holders like other credit cards attract the people with many offers.
