Icici bank is the best private sector bank in india and one of the best across the country. But its visa credit card has some serius issues which have to be fixed.
The major problem with visa credit card is that it has very less credit limit due to which I had to suffered a lot problems mostvof the time. I ve talked to thier superiors about it but I ve never got a positive response from the bank.
The customer service support for the credit card is also very bad. They do not solve the issues of the customers. The interest rate is high also. I am giving two out five stars to icici bank visa credit card.
