I am using this card since 2 Years and always do my payment on time but this time I missed coz there were some mishappening in family.


I told the same to customer care but these guys told me that I need to pay extra amount so I have to pay 700 extra for Rs 1300 and just 10 days delay I immediately closed this card and also suggest not go with these feeling less bank
