This is in my reference to my Credit Card no 4477XXXXXXXX8000.I am facing a problem with use fo ICICI credit card as never expected a reputed bank have kept such representatives who not only bluff with their customer but threatens also.I was offered a life time free credit card and was using since 2003-04.Suddenly in the month of Jan.2006 EMI with interest was noticed in the statement, when contacted phone banking executive at Chandigarh was assured that this will be corrected in next month's statement & may deposit the amount due.Instead of adjustment another EMI with interest was added in next statement.Again enquired at phone banking came to know a medical policy has been issued & EMI is for that.I asked the executive for details of policy which he could not provide and requested for cancellation of the same, but the same trend continued in the statement. After a lot of e-mails with customercare the policy was cancelled in April, 2006 and all the dues were settled. Again in the statment of June 2006 EMI Principal was debited to my account.
Since then regular follow-up is done with phonebanking executive and customer care for refund of surplus amount with them as stopped the usage of their card.
Now a days I am being harrased with phone calls from their Delhi based collection department representatives.I want a solution immediately from management or a hard copy of this mail will be forwarded to Deputy Commissioner, SSP & all leading media Channels/ local news paprers.
Kindly note Calls recieved from Ms. Nisha, Mr. Jasbir, Mr. Rana etc. - from cell nos. (09871-021, 09953-658, 09999-586, 09990-726).
