I want to tell you some important information about the ICICI Bank Cred824it Card application process through the incident which happened last year December 2015.
I applied for Cred824it card manually by filling a form in ICICI bank branch and also mentioned my present address for the further communications for the Cred824it card/pin delivery.
It took 15 approx. days to process my application and finalize the present address as per the application form which I filled in branch by getting confirmation call from the customer care. By the 25th day from my application I got a AWB courier parcel number which was indicating that it is going to another address where I was not living or have been there from last one year.
I tried to contact the customer care but it was that irritating to call on that number and was unable to get connected to any customer care executive for that. After some time I got a call form them that your present address is not the updated one and I was shocked that the bank already confirmed my present address and now they were telling that this not the correct address.
Now its over 2 months and I am not getting any update from them. Just telling me please wait As I was having some urgent requirement for some transactions to be done by Cred824it card which are delayed. I also mailed on the customer.care@icicibank.com twice but no one replied on that also. So my friends this my suggestion to all of you that please confirm the address twice, thrice and as much you can with the ICICI BANK folks if you want your transaction/applications get processed.Have a Great Financial Future Ahead!
