I have been using ICICI Credit card from long time almost 9 yrs, suddenly I see message on my mobile saying a transaction of INR 5000 Rs has been done using my credit card number to the VODAFONE Service where as I am using vodafone prepaid that too for 250 full talk time only from 9 yrs. so I had called cusotmer care and intimated the same and blocked the card. Tried raising a SR at the mean time, I was said that transaction has been done already they can raise any case for this. There was enough time, they could have stopped the transfer as it was not gone from their hand. After continuous call they finally registered a Service Request. Later on they charged 100 Rs themselve and deducted from my credit card account without intimating me, and now I see the amount has reached to Rs.5965.9200000000001, I am not sure where these extra amount has come up now 865.9200000000001. We had dropped a mail also mentioning SR number and about submission of this dispute case to cyber police, but they do not respond to this mail effectively, but responding to late payment and additional charges mails promptly. They themselve has created a separate SR number 2 on top of existing one SR 1 which refer to this dispute, though I had mentioned the first SR number many a times on my mail and on customer call. I do not have any clue who could have done this, is VODAFONE or some VODAFONE EMPLOYEE who track all the transaction that done by us responsible for it. May be that person keeping all this info and doing for many other people who does mobile recharge thru internet providing their credit card detail. The surprising thing is I did not receive a message for webpin but my vodafone account says I have povided webpin for the transaction. I hope I get a quick response from CYBER Cell Police.
