I got a call from ICICI statying BANK WE ARE OFFERING BONUS points they first ask for you to verify last 4 digits if your debit/credit card number and dob after that they would say you customer is verified and I would connect call to IVR where you need to enter you full debit /credit card number to avail bonus points.
Credited to your account and they would setup ICICI caller tune and customer enter his debit card number and after 30 min some how they manipulate or guess ur cvv pin and otp pin( they will call ask for OTP pin)and you would loss money, even I lost not be aware of these fraud call of my money of 5000rs I have register case with icici and also given police compliant but for icici say if its ur fault from your end and police wont take any action for small amount .
