I am doing my MBA distance learning from ICFAI and till now it is not a good experience dealing with ICFAI. Everything is money minded and they are not professionals and human. Firstly, Giving exams is a pathetic experience. The Exam centers they choose are mostly Schools.
Schools benches are design for kids and not for adults. They make us to give exam on those small benches, you are not allowed to take breaks in between. So just imagine, sitting on small bench for 3 hrs. And they have two papers of one subject in day, so it makes 6 hrs sitting. It is really a frustrating experience.
Secondly, The examinors behaves as they are talking to beggers. They shouts like we are beggers of road. I faced one incident and the reason was very silly, I opened the question paper to fill the details on question paper just a min before the start of exam. I didn't broke the seal of question paper and everybody was doing the same. But the examiner saw me, as I was at desk next to entrance. He shouted to me like anything was shouting that "I can throw you out of the class".
Secondly, In earlier exam they used to provide mineral water to student. But lastly, they stopped it without any intimation and neither by reducing the exam fees.They promptly send every mail which is related to Money. But regarding issues, they are lethargic. I have mailed the issue to university from there website, but didn't get any reply/feedback on the same.
