The first impression every body has of ICFAIis that virtually anyone who has given the icfai entrance gets a call ,so a chance of failing is as remote as Osama Bin Laden having dinner with president Bush.
But that does not disqualifies it from being in the league of other top B-schools as tough to get in is not the only parameter of ranking a good MBA programme ,guys icfai is indeed an excellent school if u wanna do an mba, in parameters such as industrial interface,faculty and academic input it is up there with the iims.placements are not bad either.
I mean do not expect a 7 lac package but u will get a good job this b-school is a trusted brand among the corporates, a friend of mine pretty average in studies got into icfai hyderabad he secured a summer internship with Toyota Kirlosker for a project on market research and these guyz were so impressed by him that they picked him up before his completion at a cool package of 4.67 lacs not bad for a 24 year old,his classmate was piked up by indiabulls as a stock analyst and are impressed by him too much. Folks icfai provides quality and it is among the very best no compromises.
