Before I review the IBS, I would like to share with you my background.
I had completed my B.Tech in Mechanical from AP and was working as a sales guy in a small company, May be not the right place to start your career.
I had taken up the ICFAI entrance test since my percentages in graduation were not great and through goood group discussions and interview got selected.
I have done my CFA - PGDBA 95-97 batch. (Did not complete my CFA and got close to 6.7 CGPA - which was at the bottom rung of the class).
But then during the capmus interview, I got selected into TATA INFOTECH in 97...since then have worked with companies like Satyam and Wipro....
And how did the MBA help....it helped me make some smart decisions...most guys who bettered me in CGPA did not recognise that IT would help them...but years later...I see that they regret the decision...
The best part of the MBA was some tools and techniques which helped me evaluate and situation and try and take a logical decision...
Coming to the institute:
What has been your personal experience with this institute ?
It costs a lot now, but then which MBA does not. I would check on the faculty of the location where I would be joining, Infra and Library. Most importantly, Placement situation in that chatper...how has this been...what companies come for recruitment and what salaries and work environment they provide...
What do you like or dislike about this institute?
Likes: If you dont get a decent job, you feel cheated. Hyderabad has good infra ..but mumbai ad now bangalore/chennai have more options for placement.
The way the course is planned thru tests, class discusions and team work helps. But guess it depends on the seriuosness of the individual...esle this would be just another MBA.
Who should attend this institute? Who shouldn't?
I would say, any one can attend this course...this would help in moving up in your career or get you a decent break

How does this institute compare to others you are familiar with?
I would rate it along with Symbiosis, TAPMI, MDI GUrgaon and rung below the IIM's and XLRI.
