Hi all,
Im soon going to report to my colleague, who started MBA in the same time, but from another university. Im still trying my luck to see if I will find a question paper with anything from their books!
I paid the entire fees one n a half year back.(*close to 75k - Including placement and project works!). The arrogance of the examiners in exam centers are unbelievable( they recruit most of them from ex-police or military - who actually dont even know what corporate is)
The administration and facility management is pathetic.and totally irresponsible. They forget to think that their students are also humans, who may belong to equal or higher social status!
I work for IBM in Bangalore, and I regret I dint start my MBA with my friends in some other university becuase, most of them have completed and climbed up the ladder.
There is nothing great about ICFAI syllabus as people say, if you will work for a good corporate or business, your experience will teach you more I guess.
this course will never fit if you are gonna be busy with ur career, you may get frustrated going to them coz, the direct treatment you get from them is pathetic.
even if you forget all these issues, the final aim is to get the "MBA" which will happen only in dreams.(Im sorry if you think you are smart enuff to handle, no offence please)
Today, I had been to one of the exam centers, and saw one of the examiners blasting a girl for coming for exam 5 minutes late! they dint allow her to go in, and she collapsed in the office room. Sti9ll our military man was on the same COMMAND. Being "friendly" is the keyword for any business in the first place, and they forget it!
and today I came out deciding that I will never waste my time again behind this uncultured folks, coz Im really ambitious, want to get hold of my goals someway or the other - BUT I respect myself, and I beleave MBA is not a charity from them but I paid them for it.Anyway Im not gonna fight them for my money, cos, I dont respect them anymore even to speak once again.and just get a cramp thinking about them.
ahem! guess I wrote more! but guys, please I will never recommend this university if I have a brother or best friend. Im joining another university soon.
Hope this saves someone who reads this.
Save India from fake businessmen(HMMMMHyderabad . is it becoming famous after Satyam?) they want your fee installments even if you want to discontinue your studies.
So, concern is not the course, but money for them!
Please do a favour to yourself and your money, I would have gone to the Taj and thrown a party to my friends than wasting it with ICFAI! Let them play, but not with a smart generation!
