Please read this carefully-before you turn a BLIND-EYE
Hi all at IBM-GLOBAL,
Since you all are aware and have chosen to turn a BLIND-EYE to my case. I am inspired by this site n several articles on IBM, ''Especially the Black Beauty'' to write my experience on this site with IBM. The Integrity of IBM, as exhibited and displayed by your own peers, Saket Verma, is well known to all at IBM connected with my Complaint.
I am awed at your indifference, as you turn a BLIND-EYE. Thinking what, that you would pawn me off with a SUBSTANDARD PIECE, and I WOULD Shut-up?
My first buy of 8175-MQU was on 10 Dec'04: that came as an OPEN-CPU by your own Trusted and Most beloved Delhi Dealer-Chinon.
The Replaced unit, after deliberation (IBM insensitivity), was sent over with DAMAGED-SEAL routed by you through the same dealer, twice, which I refused to accept. Finally, Saket Verma stepped in, exhibiting prowess of IBM Owner, promised to route the Think Center Unit through, Tech Pacific, IBM, Distributor.
The Unit was so well-sealed that even air couldn’t pass through it. IBM Engineer, from MS-CompServe (IBM WSP Vendor) approved that the Machine looked genuine. So I accepted, on faith.
Now, comes the climax:
One, Mr. Uttam Ray who represented himself as Marketing Head of Tech Pacific, an IBM, Asia-Pacific Distributor, in reality, turned out to be an IMPOSTER, a HOAX
Saket Verma, called me up the following day, THREATENING: IBM LEGAL HEAD WOULD DEAL WITH ME…?
The replaced unit now installed in my premises, by and under supervision of IBM Engineer, from MS CompServe, on 09 February, 2005, in less than 90 DAYS of INSTALLATION has faced LAN –CARD Issues Thrice.
And now, the LAN-CARD has stopped Working, which means, ''MOTHER-BOARD CHANGE'' & I have to be at your MERCY to have this up and going.
My Question:
If an employee of IBM, of the Stature and designation, of Saket Verma, can LIE and DUPE the customer, in connivance with a dealer, so much so, that he sends the UNIT with an IMPOSTER, Guising as a Marketing Head of Tech Pacific, and that too without a standard challan?
To corroborate, complete support on this is extended by, Rakesh Tewari (by inadvertently going on leave - without the issue in hand being resolved); Niraj Girdhar, promised a call back on the eve of this incident, and vanished into thin air after that...?
And as if this wasn’t enough, Saket Verma goes a step ahead by threatening the Customer, which is me, of LEGAL ACTION, if I brought this to the notice of his Management?
What is the guarantee, that the Replaced unit is Genuine, Original IBM and NEW? I demand an answer from all of you.

To all those who wish to buy IBM, in INDIA?
WARNING: DON'T -
It’s not the same brand and quality as in USA. IBM has an INDISCREET POLICY,one for their own Americans in AMERICAS and another Ludicrous one for INDIA? The dumped and refurbished systems come to India.
Time for HARD QUESTIONS:
- ''IBM IS IMPRUDENT in India, to Indians... WHY?''
* ''HOW LONG are we going to BE FOOLED BY US-BRANDS LIKE IBM, & WHY?”
