Salary and Benefits: Work as a third party roll or contractor base job is too much bad in IBM. Salary will give by any third party company and its very less. The job security is equals to NULL. No Benefits is there . If you have good knowledge and experience that I suggested you to find for permanent base job in IBM and others company .
Job Security: As a contractor job security is null. they can sack you out, with out informing you. suddenly they may tell you to leave company.
Career growth:inside IBM for contractor not available.
Work Environment:Good to work with . The people and work culture is a great place to work.
