Well the first thing that comes into mind when you are thinking about IBM Daksh as an Ex-employee is, "What the Hell you were thinking when you plan to resign". Its the best place you where you can work and earn a good reputation. The last thing that comes to your mind is about your job security. IBM is not a company where your will be at stake. The only thing that you need to remember is IBM is run by ITS VALUE. If you are not respecting that you are out of the org.
About career growth you are working well then you don't have to care about your growth because IBM has an exceptional growth policy that takes care of you from day 1. Everything is monitored and will have a decisive role for your appraisal. Say if you are among the top 10 agent for continuous 9 months, your promotion is almost certain, depending on your attitude toward other and your contribution to the Co.
Coming to the work environment a 5 star in all sense. A company where you will learn a lot and trust me "it will change your world". One must be thinking why i left it then. It was an unfortunate decision as i didn't have any option to choose between my family and career.
