Hello All! My name is review. I am from India, Mumbai. Today, I would like to share few horrible facts I faced during my short term tenure with this so called company known as IBM Daksh.Well, I would like to properly categorize about what I have to say below to that it becomes that simple for the readers of this review to understand it quickly and thus help them take their career decisions correctly:




  1. IBM Daksh's Process facts:BEWARE! If you are a kind of candidate who looks for a particular work and selected process to work with in line with what you used to work with your last company, then think again! IBM Daksh is not the place for you at all! IBM Daksh has extremely bad polices of shuffling its employees from one process to another within matter of seconds without giving any time for its employee to think of and if one ignores to shift to another process, then they will right away ask you to leave with no interest in retaining employees at all.




It looks as if no importance given to employees of IBM Daksh. I have practically seen this during my Voice & Accent Training with this disgusting company. I was initially selected and assured of UK Orange Semi Technical Process. However, during the 10th Day of my Voice & Accent training, our entire team of 10 candidates were shocked to learn that the Orange UK Process is no more there for us and their process top management walked into our training room ordering us to either bend down and listen to us else, get out of the company. They said to my team that either we all need to be ready to shift to another process or “THE DOOR IS OPEN – YOU CAN LEAVE - IBM DAKSH IS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN KEEPING YOU ALL." It is extremely unfair. And this applies for everybody who joins initially or already works with the company. I couldn’t believe that how I am being asked to join either CBNA (Banking Process) or Concode (Airline Ticket Booking Process) within span of just 10 days which works as per The U.S. timings??? I have just not even hit the floor and e’m straight given a decision by IBM Daksh to either “Accept” or “Quit”. We no longer require you....simply Disgusting and Unethical practice!




  1. Politics being played by Voice & Accent Training Dept against me.Again Beware! If you feel that joining this company will give a consideration of Equality among you and other employees, if you feel that this company is the so called “Equal Employement Opportunity ” then please think again! This is the worse BPO company I could ever have been with in this BPO Industry and regret the day I join this company leaving my last excellent job. I was into the 30 days Voice & Accent Training & I did try to perform my best at the training however, it didn’t at all came to their notice and during my evaluation test, one of my Team member and I failed to clear this 1st Voice & Accent test. So, we both were asked to re-appear for 1 week of Voice & Accent re-training and therefore joined with a group of candidates who were equally appearing for their re-training as well. This time, I noticed that the candidates with us in this re-training batch, most of them were from domestic BPO and since I already came with an experience with 2 INTL Call Centres, my English speaking skills were definitely good when compared with others. Also during training, I could clearly listen and understand the level of English communication skills these 7 candidates had which if used in their day to day communication with international clients would adversely affect IBM Daksh’s business. However, my speaking skills were quiet reasonably good enough and anyways’ I do carry an experience of 1.5yrs talking to nearly 30’000 internationally clients during my tenure with last 2 companies. Anyway’z, this time when I and other candidates were evaluated, I was shocked to learn that I haven’t cleared my Voice & Accent Training this time either, and I was completely setback with shock when I came to know that those 7candidates whose speaking skills were completely poor, 6 of them got through this Voice & Accent training. I just couldn’t believe it at all!!! At that point of time, something within me made me strongly believe that something somewhere is going wrong with this IBM Daksh Management however, since I didn’t had any proper channel of access within this management, I could never get to know the truth otherwise somebody equipped with an experience of conversing with so many international clients and being asked to appear for re-trainings and then is being failed by the management in the Voice & Accent evaluation, this simply cannot be digested at all. But at the end of the day, I had to listen to them and move on with my next 2nd Voice & Accent re-training.( I would like to end here and will continue with my next part of review which is much more horrible and extremely shocking as it will reveal to the readers of this review how rudely and disgustingly the HR Management of so called professional company IBM Daksh can behave with its employees.)
