He promise of this book is as hardhitting as the title. The in depth psychological analysis presented by the author is praise worthy. She raises a pertinent question about the Juvenile law prevalent in Indian legal system which due to its loopholes is misused by juveniles with criminal bent of mind.
Like Rudransh Kashyap we need to wake up from our slumber as a progressive society and ensure adequate punishment of heinous crimes like rape. We cannot afford to shrug our shoulders anymore and let criminals walk scot free. Kudos to the author for writing emphatically on a sensitive legal issue.
