Pathetic Service!
I felt disappointed with the service provided to my bike in your service center, for this unsatisfied work I had to wait for 2days and ended up paying huge amount of Rs.8200.
But still my glitches remain the same, I had 2 major issues with my motorcycle and explained to your technical person to solve the issue. Instead, he resolved one and other was unattended.
I demanded an explanation from him for unattended the other issue, instead of finding a solution he replied in a rude manner it’s not possible today due to over flow of the service vehicles.
I had to wait for a week to get it done(Replacing the one-way clutch).
After the service I had so many issues which I had got it done with the local mechanic.
I never expect a worst service from you,
Hope I will get a reply on this soon.
