Hii, I was using i-on since three years in nerul navi mumbai. At that time it was very good in packages and all. But recently it became worst as their services and customer support also. Last month my was the last time I used their internet. In that month my internet was getting disconnected for 2-3 hours on daily basis and the worst thing about them is when you call their customer care no. the call is been disconnected immedietly after you dieled. That means if we are having any problem with the internet, we cannot even raise the complain how worst is that customer service. Before my 3 days subscription is going to expire my internet was completely discinnected and their collection persons were calling and asking when I am going to renew, then I use to say my internet is off for 3 days then why would I renew then their person says me your issue will be resolved ASAP but no one came to my home to solve the issue untill my subscribtion period was over. Like this they are treating their customers. Then after some days choose to renew via internet banking. The amount was deducted from my account but my internet was'nt activated, when I conplained I've been told that payment was failed and the amount is been refunded, but no amount is defunded in my account. Now I am fed up with this and not using their internet for about two months but not a single call from their customer support came to me. They are not even trying to retain their customers. I lost faith in their service now and I would'nt recomment anyone to avail their service.
