I don't own this i20 car, but I was just going to buy one of this.I was on their official website to call them for a test drive and I then suddenly remembered that one of my friend has an i20, so I called her to ask how it is, it's performance, and all my doubt. She said the key got stuckked in the ignition, and they called the Hyundai people and they came over and tried to take out the key.
The Hyundai guy said that they got a lot of complaints about the key getting stuck in the same way.
Anyhow, it didn't come out.She left it like that and the car had to be towed in the next day. Then Hyundai called them and said that it will cost 20k as some parts was broken! When my friend said that their own men had came and tried to remove the key, so they said they had no records of any men attending to their car, and they simply denied that they had sent anyone, which to me was the most shocking.
So I'm going to look at another car now!I don't mind issues with the car, but bad servicing is something I cannot tolerate, actually no one will tolerate this.
That's why I would say if you are ok with this type of service then you can choose this car, but personally I don't like this type of service.
