Recently I bought Hyundai i20 sportz diesel CRDI maharaja red. I searched the net thoroughly and asked everybody around to finalize the selection. Initially I was going for new maruti swift but because of delay in delivery I started looking for another vehicle with comparable features. Now I feel that I did a good job not buying swift because looks wise, engine performance and seating comfort wise i20 is much much superior than swift. It looks royal unlike boxy appearance of swift. And unlike swift not only front seats but the rear seats and boot is also quite spacious. Initially I had impression that diesel engines have bad pick-up but its nothing like that in i20 sportz. Pick up is so good that car wants to run away with just a touch on accelerator. Air conditioning is excellent and its automatic climate control is superb. Setting low temperature in auto mode cools down the car in few minutes to very comfortable level. To the persons who find i20 costlier I must say that i20 sportz diesel and swift ZDI are at exactly comparable price with comparable features. My car is giving me mileage of 14-15 in city but I am sure it is going to improve after 1st service. I strongly recommend i20 diesel to everybody who prefers quality and reliability. One more thing, one day before delivery of my vehicle I saw i20 ASTA and I was amazed at the feature of driver seat height adjustability and I was sort of repenting for not paying attention to this feature before but when I drove my own i20 sportz, I never felt any need to adjust height, and road visibility is excellent.
