I had bought an I20 Asta Petrol on 22 September 2010. I drove it around 1800 KMs till now. The car is quite good in terms of Auto AC, USB functionlaity and steering mounted controls, looks and legroom. Its quite comfortable too. I had used Santro for last 6 years and I can say I20 is not at all worth for 6.56 Lacs.
I am facing an issue with rear breaks, when I apply breaks on inclines or slopes then some kind of dirty noise comes from rear breaks. I asked dealer and work shop people for the same but they say its usual.Actually its not common as its also having ABS. Also I am facing an issue with an engine as it gets overheated in only 2 KMs if I use AC. The work shop peole are not at all trained on the new features of I20.
I have complained all this in HMIL CC but still no resolution. I have bought my car from Sanjay Hyundai Pune from where I had bought my Santro. But this time I got the worst experience as I havnt receieved any demo or proper explaination for the problems.Guys please think twice before buying this white elephant. Would sugges just go for Santro or Swift for better power, performance and average.
