My husband bought i10 magna a year back going by the reviews given on most website- only to learn that it was such a mistake. Since it was within our budget and the average given was 20 kph, we thought we had made an excellent choice, only to realize that we had been fooled completely. The car gives an average of 10 kmph in city and 13 kmph on highways.
The company website also claimed it to be the number 1 fuel efficient cars. Bunch of liars these people are!! When my husband questioned the company officials, they said that the car will give the publicized efficiency only if we maintain a speed to 60 always!! I wonder why this wasn't mentioned before we bought the car. Hyundai should be sued for fooling everyone! With petrol prices going over the roof, we clearly feel the pinch on our pockets..anybody who is planning to buy this car for fuel efficiency as one of the reasons, BEWARE. think twice and don't forget to check with friends and relatives who are currently driving this car.
