Perhaps the worst decision of my life, Never go for this car, except the looks it lacks on every front. poor AC, Poor gear shift.moreover the horrible support from Hyundai.
I booked the car the day it was launched in chennai.GLOABAL LAUNCH? garnishing the image of India.?
I thought Hyundai had a good image now in Indian Automobile sector. I took the delivery of the car on Nov 7, 2007 and facing OVERHEATING problem since 30th December. Since then My car has visited workshop four times and infact presently It is lying with them only. They are not able to sort out the problem. On taking up the matter with Hyundai, their customer care rep says "now it may take another 7 days tentatively since some part has to be changed. Perhaps they have to fabricate the part and then have to do the fitment? My all the e-mail written to them were deleted without even reading it.(Shows their concerns for their new product, all the mail were having subject HYUNDAI I 10 PROBLEM)
I am feeling HARASSED, CHEATED by Hyundai. No commitment, no concern for their new product, no concern for hard earned money of individual.
I am continuously suffering, even buying an expensive car, my family is forced to travel in Auto, keeping ourself restricted to our home as not sure when and where the car will have problem again.
Looking into all this I would sincerely recommend not to buy Hyundai and atleast their any of the new product because if any of you are as unlucky as I am, buying a car would become a night mare for you.
