Amazing Service!!!. Review on Hyundai i10

Had been thinking of writing this review for a long time, in fact since 2009 to be precise! But then what happened yesterday made me write this review today.

The car has been giving good service for the last 4 years. Past month it was giving some starting issues. I thought of spark plug, which was confirmed by the mechanic, who replaced it in the last servicing done in January. Post service the car was giving similar problem, but I ignored it. Then yesterday evening, while shopping the car was stuck in the market and would not start! After sweating a bit I remembered their 24 hour service number for Raipur and called.

The service man asked a few questions and reached us within half an hour. A few minutes and he diagnosed it to be a almost dead battery! Not only did he help us in starting the car and reaching home, he called up the Exide person who reached our home at 11:00 PM in the night and changed the battery!! That was an amazing experience.

With technological advancements almost every car is well made (except for the unlucky ones with defective units and the occasional hiccup as happened with me). With everything else becoming almost industry standard, I believe 'SERVICE' is going to play an all prevailing role and it is in this field that Hyundai (Shivnath) in Raipur has excelled. They have 2 service centers (that I know of) in Raipur, one open on Sundays too. They call promptly during the servicing time and almost everybody is well behaved.

These were a few points that made i10 rise above its Maruti compatriots at the time I bought it (they did not service on Sundays, were a bit grumpy). And yesterday's incidence further sealed their good reputation in my mind!
