I bought i10 in May 2012 under 5 Star assurance program in which I was told that I will receive free service for 3 years and will be given free service coupons for third year. In fact Hyundai was advertising it also in every newspaper about this offer.
Now After buying the car and after two and half months of follow up, Hyundai tells me that there was never any such offer and I will not receive any free coupons. The dealers agrees with me but is not cutting any edge with the Hyundai guys. This is after I have a Xerox letter given to me about this offer from Hyundai while buying the car and was told that original letter will be used to send the coupons to me. Worse is that there website still talk about the offer but the call center says, what can they do if website says this but there was never any such offer and bangs the phone.
I am not going to leave these guys, this is just a review of how big a cheat is Hyundai.
