I am posting this genuine review based on my 3 years experience with this car. few years back we have purchased this car for our family purpose and the purchase has turned out to be worst purchase of my life. the engine of car stops automatically during long drive and it releases very foully smell along with smoke inside a car as well and this is very disappointing for me I have also raised this issue with company and they have failed to fix my car problem as my car was under warranty so in my case the service & support of company is extremely poor. so due to poor service of company I got my car repaired from non company mechanics available in market.
even the car has poor leg room it is not comfortable for a good height person to fit in car. the leg room is very much consisted it is not comfortable to travel for long distances on this car. due to poor leg room it becomes difficult for 5 members to get fit into car. even the seats of car are very hard they give back pain as well while travelling for long distances. so overall car has very poor comfort level. the comfort level of car has disappointed me very much.
the company claims that car gives an average of 18-20 kilometer but in my case the car gives mileage of 11-13 kmpl only and this is not satisfactory for me. mileage wise car has disappointed me and this much mileage is not suitable for long distance travelling because due to poor mileage long distance travelling becomes expensive.
not only this car has also poor ac performance as well. it takes so long for the car ac to cool the car cabin. I have discussed this issue with company as well but they have failed to provide me any solution.if we talk about dealer satisfaction then it was extremely disappointing for me the company dealers do not listen car problems after the sale and during purchase they have not guided me properly about the car features. so for me dealer satisfaction is very poor. I also want to make a appeal to company to work more on exterior and interior of car as they are not so solid and it seems as they are made of poor quality.
overall I am very much disappointed by car I do not suggest this car to anyone.
