HyundaiXcent] [#BuyersBeware] [#DefectiveParts] [#ModelFailure?] I own a Hyundai Xcent Dec 2014 model. The car has been driven only 5000 Kms. Yesterday my car stopped moving in the middle of the road without showing any prior symptoms. When towed to the service station I was informed that the entire clutch assembly(Plate, cover, bearing and related parts) has failed. Anyone with decent knowledge of automobiles can tell this a premature vehicle failure. I was shocked to know from service station that, this is not covered under the warranty, even though the vehicle is covered under 2 year warranty. I have raised a complaint with Hyundai. Waiting for a fair response from them.
