Last year I purchased a Verna AT Top Model car, it is working satisfactorily but for expensive service. When I visited their dealer Ultimate Hyundai Chandigarh for second free service, their sales person was more interested in selling the extended warranty than service. And they charged me over RS.5000 for a free service without any extra work.
Moreover both dealer and company have a officious system of feedback on which they never act.
