Its surprisingly nice package.
Mileage- 18.5 in city and 21.8 on highway, with 30% AC. Heard about mileage before from my friend same but didn't believe at first, mine is used 5 yr old with 65k on odo.
Never thought of buying Santro, its only because my friend insisted. He has been using since 3 yrs and getting around 18 in city.
Steering is very smooth, AC is best in class, cools in a minute, Engine is smooth. (Drop in pickup with AC is eminent)
Had to pay 20k for battery, CKP sensor, major servicing, which is normal for used car. Once the owner decides to sell car, he doesn't bother to repair anything.
If you want a budget car, Santro is a good deal.
