I bought my Dark Red Getz Prime on May 14 2008 after much delay by Dealer Shaarayu Motors, Navi Mumbai. This store is amazing. I paid for fuel to get my car registartion done (I was charged for it)


Asked who will pay, " We will check and will definately call you" was 2-3 months back. Tyres, Goodyear makes a lot of noise, " we will change " 2 got changed but what about the rest ??


Wrote to Hyundai motor ? Customer care when what how ???.....sorry to contact customer and care for him. Bill says Cig. Lightrer, Advt says Ash Tray - Pure a good marketing gimmick example. I gave the care for bumber repair (under Insurance) I gave the car for service it came with spotted (white).


I asked them to lean it, then they took off the natural original glittert of the paint by applying ?!@# god knows what which crept into bupper side, and all small opening, now they say you send it again we will correct the mistake. I have all the proof of visit, FAX and everything I write above. Car is smooth - Dealer and Hyundai are assured their car will run even if customer is shouting hell
