Till now we have purchased two Hyundai cars from this showroom,
1st one an Santro in 1999 and
2nd one an Elantra in 2013.
and both of them are going great. Well I shouldn't be taking about Elantra because its a new car purchased from here. But I should be first talking about Santro which we purchased in 1999.
1999 - My dad and mom went to the showroom in 1999 to purchase the Hyundai santro LE golden beach. Well I did not go with them because I was at school preparing for exams, but my father told me that, they gave a very warm welcome to us while investigating car. To their surprise in fact actress Kanaka of Karagattakaran fame was also their at the showroom to buy a new santro too.
The First Santro from the showroom was sold to kanaka and the second was to us.!
The Staff were very helpful in doing all the formalities to us until the delivery.
And its about 15 yrs now and the Santro is still with us in a great condition.
2013 - After 15 yrs, we again went to the showroom to inquire about cars there. We actually simultaneously visited other brand showroom including Honda, Skoda, mahindra and Volkswagen. After Hyundai, honda was good in customer service. But all others wer just sleepy.
We also visited the Anna salai Hyundai showroom but they wer not that helpful too.
So after few months of thinking and discussions within ourselves we decided to buy the Hyundai Elantra.
So we decided a best lucky date, went there and booked the car. And within less than 20 days, on an another lucky date we got the car got delivered!
In any of the procedures, there wer no problems or tensions created by them at all. If went very smooth! May be because we wer buying an executive couple/sedan and also because we wer an old customer of Hyundai. We wer giving spl attention every time.!
During Inquiry - So after deciding that we r going to buy a Hyundai car, we went their and started inquiring. they gave us a warm welcome and gave every details we asked between Verna and elantra. They explained every single spec including the prices and discounts.
During booking and Delivery - we decided a date and informed them that we will their any any minute in the afternoon and they said "sir, we will keep ourselves ready and we are waiting for ur arrival". We went there, they gave some buttermilk and then the booking process was done within the described precious time.!
Then nearly after 20 days, the car arrived at the showroom and they informed us. We selected an another auspicious day, went there and got the car delivered! While Delivering, they again explained all the specs, precautions and maintenance details. They also took some photographs of us and car and finally gave a thumbs up of "Good to go Houston".
Why HMP, ekkaduthangal -

2) They act very professional. They follow the correct procedures for Booking and delivery.
3) If we book a new car here, you will receive the brand new car directly from the sriperumbudur Hyundai Factory. No dealers or Inter-mediators.
Overall - Hyundai motor plaza, ekkaduthangal is the best showroom we ever had and have.
I love both my Santro and Elantra.
And one more thing - It not only depends on the showroom but also depends on your Car and how u treat ur car. If u treat ur car nice, it will give the best performance. Ur car's performance has got nothing to do with the showroom and its staffs.
