I had purchased a queen bed sent to my address in packed condition and assembled by your technicians.
The same day in the the night we found scratches on the head side of the bed which were visible with the lights in the evening..we immediately went back to your store in the estate and asked the store manager to inspect the same which he did not do.
We then called the help line of argos who agreed to send a technician [ who also found the scratches on the bed covered by varnish ]

Yesterday we get a call from the call center to say nothing is wrong with the bed and they cannot replace or rectify the defect in the product
It is shocking that a catalogue company with a brand name as argos should not take blame for defective products delievered by them to unsuspecting customers ..
I will further take argos to the consumer guidance society/ grahak jagoo committee as this is gross negligence
Hence buyers beware of argos products in your areas….
