I have seen billing problems in every visit I have made in last 3 months to Hypercity and have to wait after billing (that itself takes more than 30 mins) to get it fixed. When we ask for why is it that discounted items are charged for full amount and discount is not applied.
They say that Bombay head office is where discounts are maintained and its not their problem. This simply means that if customer doesnt check the bill, he would end up paying more than required. But Hypercity doesn't accept it as a billing mistake.
We had decided to not to visit Hypercity as this trouble is not worth taking.
