I bought a Philips TV for Hypercity and carried it home myself. Only that was the exciting part. Was promised a installation in 48 hours, After that I had to make umpteen number of calls to their call center followed by false promises. Finally after threatening to return the product, things began to move. The sad part is the so called department manager doesn't even know how to speak to a Customer. I wonder what kind of training these people go through. I am a regular at Hypercity and I will never ever shop from them.
Most unprofessional attitude I have seen.
