Hyper city is the worst mall I have come across. When they want money and attract customers they are very nice and even the manager comes and talks to you but ones you pay and take the card everybody is gone.
I visited hypercity for the first time to purchase groceries and everything for my new home.
Seeing I am a new customer they qsked me about the rewards club card. They told me to pay 200 rs and I would get 150 instant discount and for the next 3 months I would get Rs 100 off, 200 points and 300 points respectively for next 3 months. 1 point is equivalent to 0.60 rs.
We thought it was a good deal and we enrolled for the card but it was fake. The discount and points are applicable on a minimum purchase of 1500 from food and grocery section only. Nothing of this sort was mentioned at that time and when complained they say that everything cannot be mentioned in terms and conditions.
Still even after purchasing for 1500 they say that a coupon code would be received by me and that would be applicable on the next purchase only. This means we need to visit hypercity again to use that point. Leave alone this first of all they gave me the booklet of 2017 and then they harass customers.
I complained to the manager about this and he took my coupon and told me not to worry as he would enter the points himself in my card and it would reflect in 2 to 3 days. But when I checked my account after the said days no points were received. I complained to the customer care and he told that the same manager told that I had to myself go and redeem the points for cash! Now we have better work to do than going again and again for Rs 100 or 200. First of all the manager lied and told that he will credit the points. He even took the coupon with him. One should never rely and believe talks of such person.
Now my 200 and 300 points both are gone which was equivalent to rs 300. Never visit hypercity and never take the card that they offer. Avail the card only if they give it for free.
Most of the product is out of stock and many a times they even do not bill the offers that are running in the store. We need to manually check the bill for any discrepancy. And the customer service desk is always full of people which means all the people have some problem or the other. I am just waiting if I get the points and after that I am not visiting hypercity but other departmental stores in my locality.
