I recently move dot Hyderabad. I bought a 3 door wardrobe from Hypercity - Hyderabad. The delivery was promised within a week. However the third party vendor was finally able to deliver it after 1 month. During this time,
I got no help from Hypercity customer service. Their arrogant staff kept telling me that you need to manage with the third party vendor. After delivering the wardrobe, the third party vendor asked for installation charge and delivery charge. I called Hypercity and told them that your vendor is asking for money. They asked me to comply with his demands.
THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
