Me and my wife's complete closet is full of clothes and accessories from Hyderabad Central (HC). This is because of the good clothes and the good price HC has to offer. Not only this, but even the entire range of closet of my family belongs to HC. However, my visit to HC on 21.10.07 was my worst customer experience with any shop so far in about 30 countries that I have shopped in my entire life. I did make a complaint to the customer servcies dept. by the name of SAMIR KHAN and I just hope that an action is taken on that complaint as I have never been through such humiliation ever before.
Firstly, the Girl in BLUE SHIRT who perhaps works for NEERUS section blamed me for removing the tag of a Salwar that initially had a tag of somewhere about R.S. 500.00 and later she said that its actually costing R.S. 1700.00. (As a person who spends about R.S. 65000.00 on an average yearly with HC, I really dont care about the price as far as the clothes are good.) As far as I could see, the price tags were just stapled to the salwars and could be removed easily by anyone. How can she say that I have removed the tag and put up the incorrect price tag. Not only this, she even started arguing with me for which I had to SHOUT to stop the rubbish that she was saying. Later an incharge of the NEERUS floor at HC ( lean thin man ) said that he has never seen me before at HC and knows what type pf people we are or what type of customers we are. Who is he to say that he hasn't seen me ever before. Even I haven't seen him ever before!!! Later, to my horror, he said that I need to purchase both the salwars as they did not have the tags and presumable I removed them and not only this, he also said that its the customers job to check the price and not their job to check the price on their products. Isn't this the most absurd thing you have ever heard.
However, I had to fight my way through to purchase that salwar and kameez and later the same man said that YOU CAN GO AND COMPLAIN WHERE EVER YOU WANT AND NO ONE CAN TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST HIM.
I really hope that the management takes an action against these two people as I have been a regular customer of HC and do not want anyone else to go through the same experience.
