I had dialed 111 for more than 50 times to Get details of My GPRS Usage. Whenever we press “9” on the telephone to get in touch with Customer Care Executive the Main Menu Messages are repeated & in that way No one can Contact Hutch, & they think they are the King of Mobile Market.
I visited there website for Prepaid Customers https://selfservices.hutch.co.in/NWSS-Project-context-root/NWSS.jsp?Circle=0002 &had given information regarding the problem I am facing when pressing “ 9 ” & in return HUTCH has already send me 263 SMS till now & it is still pouring & if the same does not stop before 10-00 AM on 08/09/2007, I will take the issue First to TRAI then through various Media which in turn will make HUTCH more Popular plus Legal action for Mental Agony & Harassment faced by filing a Suitable Legal action Vodaphone (Hutch) .
I cannot switch of the mobile as Uncle is in ICU since 26/6/2007, which please be noted.
