I have used them for past 2 yrs and have been ordering regularly through subscribe to save. Finally was so satisfied that I purchased their pre-paid nine-month plan for 6300/-. It was all okay until the first 4 months since the subscription purchase, suddenly their diapers went out of stock. They picked my call and promised to fulfill the order if placed over the phone. I did that and believe me they did fulfill the last order although after a month.
Apparently, they were facing some issues with the vendor as per them. Then suddenly they stopped taking calls, and all stuff is sold out on their website. So, I wrote them an email and did receive a reply that they are working to refund the remaining balance, this was a month ago. Since then, I have written 3 reminders and called them numerous times, but their phone is not being picked. Seems like I have lost the remaining 3500/-. Since they are in Delhi and disputes are to be settled there, I don't know how to go about filing the case and getting my money back. I just hope that they do return the money back or start their services again.
UPDATE: 16/11/2013= > I just got my refund back. They sent me an email a week back stating the refund is initiated and it is credited to my account. I think there's was a genuine problem that they were trying to resolve. I guess patience eventually paid off.
