I ordered couple of toys and a school bag for my kids, I received toys but not school bag. 15 days later I sent email to support asking for the status then I got response saying that, they do not have the bag I requested and asking me to choose another bag or refund.


I opted for refund, now it 2 months over I have not received the refund. I suggest not to go this website.
