I went for Diaper subscription plan on May 2013 paying~ Rs 4000. I ordered in May and June and I got my diapers that too after constantly calling them. From July, I stopped getting diapers, they said no stock.
After few days, their phone is switched off and emails have got no response.
Then I commented on their FB account and they cancelled my diaper subscription plan and also emailed saying refund is initiated. Its been more than 2 months that I have got no refund.
I have lost almost Rs 3000. Whom should I complaint to?
This is very disgusting.
