I have placed the same diaper plan and given an advance, there is no online option to order and no one calls from office or picks up phone.
When contacted on emails, they acknowledge closing the scheme and the rest of amount to be given back around 10000 rupees, but after that there has been no correspondence or even contact possible with them.
Would like to know if anyone is aware of there office location if it is still there.
The scheme seems to be a pre-planned fraud scheme as they delivered the first time and made more deposits and after they had a good amount with them they have kind of disappeared with all the amount.
I would appreciate if some one can guide me for a better forum or authority with whom I can take this up further.
