Unpredictable . Review on Hushbabies

Hushbabies is an enigma in itself. Sometimes they ship really fast, and sometimes, they don't ship for weeks altogether and do not intimate you as well - you'll surely be left wondering whether its the same company that you ordered earlier or not.

Few warnings:

As some of earlier reviews will tell you, there's absolutely no guarantee that what you ordered will be available with them. That's surprising considering that the website will tell you item's in stock.

Secondly, NEVER try to order large items like strollers, I've a feeling online stores may be used as a channel to sell defective/old/used stock. I ordered a stroller and I had a dreadful experience - to begin with, the stroller arrived in a open box condition. When I inquired why, I was told they open the pack to do a "quality check". I would have believed them but for the fact that the item I received had a defect and hence it was not caught by the so-called "quality" department. I asked for a replacement, and this time, I requested them NOT to open the box(for quality check), I'll trust the factory packaging and checks. The replacement arrived more than a month later, and this was an open box too. I promptly returned the item, and bought a sealed product from the nearby "Mom-and-me' store.

Lastly, if you receive your item in 2 or 3 days, you're fine. The longer the delay, there's a HUGE chance that you'll never receive your item. Its pointless to call customer service, as they'll give you one excuse or the other. Its best, instead of wasting your time, go for cancel and refund immediately.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Hushbabies. Check if you can purchase from Firstcry or from Babyoye and for children's books - Flipkart. Hushbabies should the last option, and you should be ready to take the trauma.
