The site was in real cool form some time ago although they have done some mistakes as they didn't send my prize in exchange of 75000 points which took me months to accumulate and now also I have mails of wining 3 prizes but didn't get even 1/2 prize.
Their redemption centre is also not available from many days now and I think some cheating is going on in the winners as some names as very frequent inthe winners list.
Are Bhai, Baki ki tarah yeh bhi GADDAR niakle kya?
Someone tell them ki marketing ke sath customer service is also necessay. they are just going on changing looks. enough on lipstik and powder now do some real work.
