There was a contest on hungama app. that listen songs earn points. and then you can buy mobiles, bags etc from that points.
My daughter in law. who already was using hungama apps for listening songs before the starting of this contest. started to earn points. and had redeem a samsung galaxy core 2. she had booked this mobile in February . but still its august now. and 5 months had already passed. but she didnt get any mobile .
And calling on there customer care team. they didnt know anything about this. and said. we will forward your problem. to our team. and they will call you. and the call was not come till date. and sending mail to there email address. no reply.
My daughter in law is so frustrated from this. that she uninstall the app. and never use it again.
