Reasons for 1 star
1) Touch is too bad.
keyboard using time I fill irritation some letters not touch properly.
2)heating problem.
While charging and INTERNET browsing time mobile gets over heat.
3)Battery backup not reach up to mark.
it's behav like 2500mah battery.
4)camera not reach up to mark
Back cam fill like 8MP & front cam 2MP.
5)some times calls automatically cut.
6)huge lags . sometimes hanging photo too much.
7)crash, error on multiple app
So don't buy this mobile you search another good mobile in this price range
