This modem cum wifi router can bring you amazing experience.
I bought this to use with Aircel 3g Sim.Because in my area no ISP was ready to provide fixed line internet except BSNL(:)).
This Dongle provides you the freedom to choose your isp with your convenience.Also you can plug it in any of your usb charger provided with your phone(Please check the specs of charger and dongle before using) to start using as WIFI router for all of your wifi enabled devices at home/office. I use it with my nexus 4 charger.
Pros:

Good internet speed and less disconnections [ Depends on your ISP and location ]
Interface for connection is user friendly.
Can read messages from the web based interface provided.
Auto and easy installation.
Cons:
No adapter provided with this
No cap string to keep it with the main body.
Small indicator LED visible only from top or when plugged in your Laptop/Computer.
No dialer software and no USSD dialling from PC hence.
Asks everytime for username and password when connected as dongle in PC, for connecting and disconnecting the Internet.
Verdict:
Decent dongle with wifi and huawei brand to rely on.
I am happy with this.
