I am ismail selot holding platinum credit card of kotak mahindra bank. while purchasing the card I was promised that I will get the 10% cash back on online purchase but when I did I haven't got any cash back even I was promised that I will get free movie ticket of pvr every three months but the same was not happen till date I m being user of platinum credit card holder not expected sucb pathetic service from kotak.i will never recommend any of my friends ana relatives to open any account with kotak as well as I have 3 to 4 accounts with kotak which I will be closing soon such bad a service experience. u loser people
