Napster was a great program for us to use, but unfortunately, it is dying. This does not mean the end though. There are many programs that are starting to surface now. I would have to go with Bearshare, which allows you to share MP3's, as well as any other file type! It is very easy to use, and connect to more than one server at a time. Bearshare uses the Guntella network. Another program that uses the guntella network is Limewire, and that is great also. If you are just looking to trade MP3's, try Audiogalaxy Satellite. You search for songs using your web browser, find the song you want, click on it, and a small program that runs in your system tray downloads the song to your computer and acts as a download manager for your MP3's. One more that I believe is good, but not as good as the others, is iMesh. Like Bearshare and Limewire, it allows you to download all file types, and has customizable skins. The Bottom Line: Get Bearshare or Limewire for the ultimate P2P(peer-to-peer) experience, but if you are looking to download just MP3's, get Audiogalaxy Satellite.(The pros and cons are for Bearshare)
