Quit smoking and how

Every smoker and non smoker knows its bad to smoke. And 90% smokers want to quit the habit but they cant. They make up their mind and then nothing works.  The sure shot way to quit is ''your brain''. If you have got the word 'quit' in there you will start trying . But just making up your mind wont work. Coz this is a chemical which has affected you physically you need to take care of that too.


When you have decided to quit , start drinking water/juice like a tank the more the better you need to remove that nicotine from your blood so that you dont feel like smoking . The lesser the nicotine in your blood the lesserr urge you will get to smoke.  Only flipside is frequent loo visits.. (but then thats where ur nicotine is going)


Start exercise the same day you quit. It keeps you energetic and is known to stimulate your brain with increased blood circulation. Yoga would be the best. Just a simple padmasan daily for 10 minutes.. with deep breadths will surprisingly help you to reduce cravings .. (I wonder how that works).


Tell all your near and dear ones that you have quit and ask them to help them not to smoke again . Research shows that the people who have good support and conversation about the quit have greater chance of quitting.


Keep good company prefrebly avoid going with smokers atleast for time being .


Dont think of smoke if that thought comes distract urself from it.. drink water at that same time or do deep breadthing.


Dont have alcohol at least till ur 100% sure u will not smoke..it will make ur resistance weak (when u r high that is ).
